TRIUMPHANT IN THE VALLEY

1Kings 20:28 And there came a man of God, and spake unto the king of Israel, and said, Thus saith the Lord, Because the Syrians have said, The LORD is God of the hills, but he not God of the valleys, therefore will I deliver all this great multitude into thine hand, and ye shall know that I am the LORD.

Sometimes as a child of God it may feel as if you get into tight spots. Sometimes it will feel as if your back is against a wall and all odds are against you. Would you believe me if I said sometimes God will orchestrate such moments so that He can cause attention to come your way? Why would God do such a thing? Why would he allow his children to get in situations that looks like pending defeat? It's simple...

He does it because HE LOVES TO PROVE THAT HE IS GOD IN AND OVER YOUR LIFE!!!!! He does not need to prove it to himself nor does he need to prove it to you...BUT, every once in a while he has to remind the enemies in our lives that HE is in charge.

Israel gained a lot of enemies in their day. They were always in battles and sometimes they would win and sometimes they would lose. One thing for sure, GOD was alway watching over them as well as His eyes remained fixed on Israel's enemies. On this particular occasion, the opposing team thought that they had Israel's strength figured out. It seemed as if Israel would always win their battles if they were placed in high positions. BUT they seemed to be weak if faced and forced to fight in the Valley!!

Satan understands that he is defeated if we are seated in high places in Christ, but he unleashes his cruel attacks when we are at our lowest and weakest points in life. He does not fight fair. Thanks be unto God for being faithful to us regardless of our current position, whether we are up or down, rich or poor, accepted or rejected, sick or healthy. IF God is for us HE WILL CAUSE US TO TRIUMPH in ALL situations. God will cause a turnaround to happen in your life that seems impossible and will confuse the enemies in your lives! HE WILL CAUSE YOU TO WIN!

Be encouraged for it is not a curse from God if you are in a seemingly low state right now. It's a strategic plan of God to defeat your enemies in a place that seems unlikely for you to win! HE IS NOT ONLY GOD OF YOUR HILLS BUT HE IS YOUR GOD IN THE VALLEY!!! WE WIN!!
